# Authentication

> OAuth discovery and client registration for the public Doers product MCP resource.

Clients start with protected-resource metadata for `https://api.doers.sh/mcp`. The verified product authorization-server issuer is `https://app.doers.sh`.

Client ID Metadata Documents are the preferred automatic-registration mechanism. Verified pre-registration is used when an approved first-party or enterprise client requires it; Dynamic Client Registration is a deprecated compatibility fallback.

The product authorization implementation, scopes, token lifecycle, and executable examples are owned and generated by the product repository. They are not duplicated or guessed here.
